5. Studio Use – More Culture Demo Recording Studios
(i) Bringing Personal Equipment – At Your Own Risk
At More Culture Demo Recording Studios, you are allowed to bring your own music equipment for recording sessions, but all personal equipment is brought and used at your own risk. More Culture Demo Recording Studios is not liable for any loss, theft, damage or malfunction of personal instruments, gear or accessories while on the premises.
It is recommended that you take good care of your equipment and make sure that it is suitable to work with our studio setup.
- Responsibility for Damage of Studio Equipment
If the user brings his/her own equipment and in the process damages any of the More Culture Demo Recording Studio’s equipment facilities or property, the user will be responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item. This includes but is not limited to, damage by faulty wiring, wrong connection, power surge, or wrong use of incompatible studio equipment.
When you book and use the studio, you are agreeing to and accepting these terms. If you are in any way unsure about compatibility or setup, then please speak to our studio team at time of booking.
6. Notices of Infringement and Takedown by More Culture a.k.a. Cleon Palmer
If you believe any content on this website infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with details. We will investigate and, if necessary, remove the content in question.
